Mellow Grid Labs Terms of Use

Scope

These terms apply to WhatsApp Sound Box, WhatsApp Chat Grid and their supporting Mellow Grid Labs services. By installing or using either extension, you agree to these terms.

The products

Sound Box provides custom notification sounds and optional account-backed settings synchronization. Chat Grid provides a multi-conversation workspace inside WhatsApp Web and optional account-backed layout synchronization. Both products can be used without a Mellow Grid Labs account.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your Google and WhatsApp accounts, your messages and your compliance with the terms that apply to WhatsApp Web. Do not use either product to automate messaging, send spam, evade platform restrictions, interfere with the services or violate the rights of others.

Optional accounts and deletion

Optional Google sign-in creates separate product accounts for authentication and limited settings synchronization. Website sign-in creates a Mellow account that shows which products you use, but does not automatically sign you in to an extension. You may request deletion at any time using the instructions for your Mellow website account, Sound Box or Chat Grid.

Availability

The products are supplied as-is during early access and may change as browser and WhatsApp Web compatibility evolves. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or compatibility.

Brand independence

Mellow Grid Labs, WhatsApp Sound Box and WhatsApp Chat Grid are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
