Account and Data Deletion

Send a deletion request from the Google email address used for WhatsApp Sound Box to mellowgridlabs@gmail.com. Use the subject WhatsApp Sound Box account deletion.

After the request is verified, the account and its installations, sessions, entitlements and synchronized preferences are permanently removed from the active database. Anonymous activity records and daily aggregate counters contain no account identifier and cannot be linked back to the deleted account. Anonymous activity expires after 400 days without activity, and daily aggregate counters are retained for 400 days. Rotating database backups expire within seven days.

Remove the extension from Chrome to delete its locally stored settings and identifiers from that Chrome profile.
